This is a USA offer only? In Amazon.au it it still listed as AUD$31 for the paperback. If we buy it from Amazon (US) the shipping costs are USD $20. I have had the June 221 Trancend book for a couple of years and was hoping to let a friend in South Africa get a copy at this special price - but is seems that$2.99 onlyapplies to USA.
Good morning. Sadly, option to buy the ebook (kindle format) is …. not an option. Amazon says: this book is not available for purchase. Usually, I can shop ‘freely’ internationally by just choosing the relevant country site… this time - it’s not possible to buy the book. Would love to get it tough…
