I had a very enlightening chat with Kim Shapira, a celebrity dietician, nutritional therapist, author, and creator of the “Kim Shapira Method”. Her method helps people take back their relationship with food and consists of six simple and very doable rules to follow. In this conversation we discuss the rules, focusing on the psychology behind them and what it takes to not just lose weight but keep the weight off and be healthier and happier in the long-run.
